Printer not working - basic checks

Printer troubleshooting

1. Confirm the printer is powered on and connected to the network or USB.
2. Check for paper jams and low ink/toner warnings.
3. Restart the printer and your computer.
4. Check the print queue for stuck jobs and clear them.
5. Try printing a test page from the printer's own control panel.

If the printer still is not working, raise a ticket with the printer name/location and any error message shown.
